AcqKnowledge software is distributed on a “USB key” and may include additional key(s) based on the MP Research System purchased, “Licensed Feature” add-ons, or site licenses included, if any.

• Key BLACK – use to install or run AcqKnowledge
• Key BLUE – use to run an additional authorized/concurrent copy of AcqKnowledge on another device
• Key AQUA – use to run an additional authorized/concurrent copy of AcqKnowledge on another device
• iLOK Key – use to install or run AcqKnowledge

Integrated 3rd-party software may also have a required key, such as Unity VR, FaceReader, etc.

If you have a Support question, you should include the serial number of your key, or if unavailable, the serial number of the associated MP Data Acquisition Unit (MP200, MP200, MP36R).
