The TSD116C has nine wires that have to be connected to the screw terminals on the rear of the UIM100C module. 

 

The black wire must be connected to the 5V terminal and the remaining eight wires must be connected to any of the digital input terminals. Loosen the screw on the terminal (for an MP200 system, the UIM100C must be separated from the MP200 side in order to expose the heads of the screws), insert the bare end of the wire, and tighten the screw. After all wires have been attached, re-connect the UIM100C to the rest of the system.  Make sure that the wires are properly secured in the terminals before starting to use the switch.
