The EMG100C-MRI Electromyogram Amplifier amplifies general and skeletal muscle electrical activity. The amplifier functions directly with AcqKnowledge to automatically integrate the raw EMG signal and provide a detailed frequency analysis of the EMG data. As it incorporates fast response and settling time characteristics, it can also be used to monitor single-fiber EMG, motor unit, and peripheral nerve action potentials.

The EMG100C-MRI amplifier should be used with the MECMRI-BIOP MRI cable/filter set.

For fEMG, EL510 disposable, prewired, Ag-AgCl , RT electrodes are recommended; they are gentle on the skin, conform well, and can be cut down to reduce the contact area (ADD204 can also be used to reduce the contact area).

The EMG100C-MRI is part of a complete research system, interfacing with the MP200/MP200 data acquisition and analysis platform and AcqKnowledge software, allowing advanced analysis for multiple applications and supporting acquisition of a broad range of signals and measurements.
