Description
- Wireless receivers for long-term EEG/neural signals from rats, mice, or pups
- Use with multi-channelĀ EEG, ECG, or EMG implantable transmitters
- Just move the receiver tray to record from multiple home cages
Receiver tray with Faraday cage to collect data from a mouse housed in an industryĀ standard homeĀ cage. Use with implantable sensor*Ā (two included and order more separately). To record,Ā simply place theĀ animalāsĀ cage on top of the receiver tray with the implanted animal inside of the cage. Neural data from the sensor is telemetered to the receiving tray and then sent to the data acquisition system.
The receiver tray has BNC connections that easily connect to a BIOPAC data acquisition system or third-party devices capable of accepting signals within the ±5 V range; each channel requires one output cable. To use with MP200/AMI or MP160/HLT add one CBL102 per channel, for MP150/UIM add one CBL123 per channel, or for MP36 or MP36R add the combo of SS9LA+CBL125 per channel.
When used with an MP Research System, use the power of AcqKnowledge softwareāsĀ automation and scoring tools to identify seizures, predefine and control recording protocols, or set triggers based on external events (dosing, light changes, etc.). After recording, use automated analysis routines to quickly score multiple channels of EEG, ECG, or EMG data simultaneously. Derive frequency bands, complete a Frequency analysis, look at Alpha RMS, etc., all with guided automated routines.
Receiver options are available to optimize signal recording. Use the EPOCH Wizard to select or confirm Receiver/Transmitter compatibility and check additional system components.
