Humidity Transducer

Description

The TSD304 Humidity Transducer may be used for ambient humidity measurements or inline gas measurements via a tap compatible with 1/8” NTP threaded connector. The sensor range is 0% to 100% relative humidity with ±3.5% accuracy.

This transducer connects directly to an AMI100D or an HLT100C via a 1.8 m cable.

The transducer can be added to the Ventilator Validation Kit (VVK100-SYS) for STPD results when testing is done with ambient air or a mixture (vs. just dry canister o₂). STPD results are needed to satisfy ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 80601-2-12). STPD reporting is the only method that permits ventilator performance comparison no matter altitude, temperature or humidity.

To convert from ATP (Ambient Temperature and Pressure) to STPD (Standard Temperature Pressure Dry), use:

1)  TSD302 temperature sensor (in sampled flow stream)
2) TSD303 Barometric Pressure (in ambient air)
3) TSD304 humidity sensor (in sampled flow stream)
