MedelOpt ELOPT API Library

Description

The MedelOpt API for MedelOpt fNIRS+EEG Systems is written for software engineers who are expected to have working knowledge of functions, practices, and terminology as required for using the ELOPT API library.

The functions described here do not represent all the functions necessary for the operation of the program, but only those accessible to a user of the API. Other functions are to be expected, including the management of received data buffers on COM ports.

The example codes are written in the Pascal object.
